ICCLA began as a prayer group in the home of the Kalejaiyes. It was inaugurated as a church in 1999 and Sunday worship services were held at the LAX Hilton. Parking fees coupled with the inability to hold weekday ministrations limited the outreaches of the church. After one year at the Hilton, the Lord provided ICCLA with 14211 Hawthorne Boulevard, which was purchased in 2000 in the City of Hawthorne. The facility enabled the conducting of weekday services, and other events. The years here witnessed an outpouring of God's love and faithfulness: lives were transformed, souls were saved, and the members prospered financially. Re-creative healings and increased membership evidenced God's power at work. Within four years, ICCLA outgrew 14211 and believed God for a larger facility within the city being fully persuaded that the Lord will have her remain in the city.

ICCLA believes God for spiritual revival and manifestation of God's power in a tangible way in the city - the Hawthorne Outpouring as it is called during our times of intercession. In 2005, the Lord again gave ICCLA a new worship facility and community center at 12832 Chadron Ave. in the City of Hawthorne. To God be the glory!
